Fees & Insurance

My fee is $375 per 45 minute session. However, as I understand that some parents are under significant financial stress, I can offer a reduced fee for selected clients. Kindly contact me and explain your situation, and I will do my best to accommodate you. I offer a deluxe service for that price, including phone and messaging time outside of the session. I work very hard to be available to my clients whenever they need me. In addition, I consult and strategize during the week with expert colleagues and my mentor regarding your case in order to provide you with only the highest quality attention.

Although I do not accept insurance directly, I am an out-of-network provider and if you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will reimburse you for a portion of my fee. I will give you a statement at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance company. You may check with them to find out how much they will reimburse.

Many parents opt to see me once a week, in which case we will follow a three week pattern of one session of Parenting Counseling followed by two sessions of Play Therapy, repeating that pattern.

Parents who would like to invest a little bit more and make faster progress, may opt for Play Therapy every week at a time that is convenient for the child, and Parenting Counseling twice a month at a time that is convenient for the parents.

Some parents prefer only Play Therapy, in which case we can take care of Parenting consultations over brief phone calls.
